One of Palram-Canopia’s most popular and enduring designs, the Martinique Gazebo is a robust, classic and attractive structure designed or durability and permanent outdoor use.
The powder coated aluminium framework helps protect against rust, and the bronze-glazed polycarbonate panels are designed to be virtually unbreakable and UV treated, meaning it will look as good years down the line as when it was first assembled. These will transmit sunlight on overcast days, and provide shading on hot days, all whilst providing protection from harmful UV rays, hail, rain and snow.
Sturdy and durable, the Martinique Gazebo is ready to assembly with pre-drilled profiles, pre-cut panels and screws to ensure a straightforward 2-person assembly.

Exactly as described and with crystal clear instructions (plus even a really good video). The final result is remarkably sturdy and attractive....
***BUT*** only 4 stars because it's really annoying that they do not include downpipes to fit the gutter outlets. This is a petty £30 worth of plastic that nobody would even notice if added to the price and could so easily be included. This leaves a time-wasting and frustrating problem for every single customer to puzzle out after it's up and finished. Very poor oversight by the manufacturer.
ADVICE:
- Needs time, a bit of skill, and moderate strength to erect. It took 2 of us experienced DIYers about 7 hours. Many people would be best paying a professional to help unless reasonably handy and fit.
- Minor complaint is the small parts, bolts, screws etc are not all blister-packed so it takes a while to sort and check. Plenty of spares included.
- Read the instructions very carefully, then follow them to the letter.
- Lay cardboard or dust sheets to prevent scratching the finish whilst assembling.
- Don't be tempted to cut corners or to do things in the wrong order.
- The curtain runners MUST be slid into the track before corner assembly as they can't be fitted afterwards.
- Use ALL the runners including the spares they supply just in case of future breakage.
- After sliding on the curtain runners put some tape securely over the ends of the track until it's all horizontal otherwise some runners may slide out and get missed (they did with us and it cost us time and effort reassembling).
- MAJOR complaint about the petty, stupid lack of downpipe. So frustrating and took me ages of wasted time and phonecalls to work out what to do. So this is it - Go for "FloPlast" push-fit pipes and fittings, available very widely for about £30 total. They make these in black or white so make sure you don't order white! You need:
4 x "WP02B" 40mm pipes (black)
4 x "WP08" 40mm "straight coupling" (black) to join onto gutter outlet
4 x "WP11" 40mm 90 degree bends (black) to divert the water away at the bottom
All in all we're delighted with our gazebo, and once properly bolted down (see instructions) it's very sturdy indeed so hope for many years of happy use. Heartily recommended, if only they would include the downpipes and fittings.

It came back into stock again but we are glad that we did. Well made. Providing you follow the instructions carefully and don’t skip any steps then it goes together relatively easily. Very sturdy design.

Arrived on time. Assembly instructions could have slightly more information in them, but my husband and myself managed to erect the 2.9 x 4.3m with just a third pair of hands to get it onto its second pair of legs. Four of the roof panels were incorrect and re ordering them on the web site proofed simple till it would not accept a telephone number. After much frustration and several attempts I added the international code and the order went through, not something you immediately think of on an English web site. Took about 10 days to get the replacement parts.

Excellent quality gazebo, looks great in the garden. There were some damaged roof panels but that was due to transit as the outer packaging was ripped, an email was sent and a quick response was received and 3 new panels sent out all within a couple of days... great stuff and company would definitely recommend

"Do not buy from here"
On 23rd May I ordered the Palram Martinique gazebo showing in stock with 14-28 working day delivery. After numerous tweets and emails for updates where told will check with warehouse etc. to see where it was i gave them ultimatim of either receive by Mon 20th July or money back. Status changed to despatched n 13th July then received email on 14th July to say unfortunately damaged in transit and no further stock expected!
On 15th July reordered this from Palram through Amazon and on 17th July received it in excellent condition and super speedy delivery.
If Gardentstreet had been honest enough to say they couldnt obtain it then it would have been fine but by fobbing us off with excuses it has resulted in this bad review

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
