Keep your loving dog comfy and cosy with this kennel and run from Mercia. Combining the fully enclosed kennel along with a space for your pooch to run around in, this unit is constructed from shiplap tongue and groove cladding. Each piece of timber has been dip treated, however this can then be further treated and painted as you desire.
Both the kennel and run doors can be padlocked closed (padlock sold separately) to add security. The floor can be lifted up in the kennel to assist with cleaning.

Their customer service was really great, from the delivery driver who dropped it off to the women who answered my calls when I had a slight issue who were only too happy to help and get it sorted. The overall assembly was really straight forward and once done, has left me with a really sturdy kennel. My only advice if you’re building it yourself, have 2 people to build it and pre-drill the holes.

Ordered 10 x 4 they sent 7 x 4 company offered part refund.Disappointed as we had waited 4 weeks for delivery.Company explained they forgot to include a section of kennel run.

I have to say that once built, the kennel looked pretty good, although it did take me a good 5-6 hours to assemble. My main issue is that my dog, a medium-sized lurcher, broke out of it within 20 minutes. I had taken great care to build it as per the instructions and used extra wood to complete the missing roof eave, but my dog easily broke through the mesh, which was not well fastened to the frame (by the supplier, not me) and escaped. He could have easily hurt himself on the edges of the mesh so I have concerns about using it in future. At over £300 I would expect something secure. It is effectively now useless as I can't see how I can fasten the mesh to the frame, so may have to board up the two mesh sections entirely, leaving the dog in the dark - not ideal.

Very good, arrived when scheduled, and is as advertised, we plumbed for the self assembly and My husband found it ok to put together, a couple of the sizes of the the timbers were longer and needed trimmed, but on the whole it fit together just fine.

Easy to follow instructions and delivery driver was helpful with putting it in the garden. Only two problems I found was firstly one of the mesh panels wasn’t put together properly but wasn’t difficult to sort out. Secondly I bought the 12/4 foot one and it only comes with four facias and could of done with an extra one.
Apart from that looks great.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
