This stylish gazebo by Palram-Canopia creates a great space for a dining or lounging in your garden. The rust resistant aluminium frame features steel support arms and almost shatter proof polycarbonate roof panels for ultimate protection against strong winds and rain.

I am thrilled with this gazebo, it’s created another room outdoors, have had lots of compliments. The build quality is very sturdy and looks very classy, it has so far survived the recent storms and high winds. I would highly recommend I’ve been able to sit out on rainy days and also on chilly days with a heater, so been able to make more us of garden, definitely worth the money in comparison to other gazebos, that would need to be taken down in bad weather and during the winter.

Beautiful product, however my experience with this company I would avoid all together, product arrived 3 days late From the original Guaranteed delivery date, product was damaged to 2 key parts, failure to reply to the vast amount of emails sent, poor handling, poor communications, poor company, look elsewhere to avoid disappointment that I’ve received.

LMAO been asked to leave a review for a gazebo which I ordered a month ago, still no sign of gazebo, can’t phone anyone to talk to due to covid19 they can’t take a phone call, emails might get replied to within a week but don’t really get any positive confirmation anything is happening they just apologise for delay. Just take each day as it comes and hopefully it will turn up. Who knows.

We have been looking at buying one for a while and decided to finally take the plunge with this one. We have been very impressed with how it was packaged, the quality and strength of all components, the build and easy to follow instructions. It took two of us approx 5 hours to build at a slow pace. We are very impressed and happy with it and would recommend it to anyone considering buying one.

I am very happy with my gazebo. I had to get some help with someone who had power tools to get the roof up as there was one panel where the pre-drilled hole was in the wrong place. Overall, I think it was good value and I hope it will last us for a long time Thanks, street garden

Great service with constant updating of delivery situation. Solid Gazebo and as attractive as shown in the photo's. It took an afternoon for my wife and I to erect in the recent heatwave (we are both in our late 60s) which reflects the sturdiness of the product rather than any complications. Very pleased with service and product.

Very pleased with this pergola. The instructions were clear with an easy to follow step by step guide. It seems a very sturdy structure and my wife and I (both in our mid 60's) managed to put it together in an afternoon. It perhaps took a little longer than we anticipated but it was 28° with no shade - hence the purchase!

Hi this is my 2nd purchase of these curtains in a year and these curtains are way inferior to the others, the material is lighter and thinner and the zips are small and flimsy, also the tape is white and not colour matched as previous curtains, I have had them up on the gazebo a few weeks and the stitching has pulled and come apart in the little wind we have had already , I did send a email of complaint to garden street but I haven’t had a response.

Arrived in one box but it was huge. Everything was neatly packed and the instructions were clear enough, albeit the packaging of the screws, bolts and nuts could be marked to help you separate them to assist in the prep work. Solid enough gazebo and easy to put together with the help of 2 friends. Took about 4 hours from start to finish. I received a call from Palram after ordering via Garden street to arrange the delivery date and received further texts from the courier to confirm the delivery date and advise if am or pm. Very efficient service, highly recommended

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
