Massive down side cannot get hold of purpose made curtains anywhere !!

Product arrived in sturdy well packed box, therefore no damaged or missing parts. Plenty of extra nuts, bolts etc. During construction everything fitted together perfectly. Take your time to follow the instructions carefully & you will have no problems getting this product built. Once built it is a very sturdy product and looks really good. Much higher quality construction than many other gazebos I have seen. Quality of product is great value for money & would highly recommend this unit. Also bought the curtain set which is again high quality & enhances the gazebo even further.

Brilliant product, much sturdier and more solid than expected. Commercial photos don't do it justice! It took a friend and I 2 days to erect it of which one day was dedicated to constructing the base (garden has a slope) and exploring the contents of the box. The 3rd day was spent on guttering, lights and making sure all bolts were tight and everything level. All components were there and there were spare nuts and bolts. The roof went on easier than anticipated even though we were working in a very tight space and had to get them on from the inside. All panels fit well. There was no plastic to peel....
It has given us an extra room!

Well worth the extra investment,our last aldi pop up gazebo broke after a week and let the rain in,returned it and purchased this,build quality is excellent,working out how much you would pay for cheaper gazebos every couple of years it is false economy much cheaper in the long run to buy a quality sturdy item like this which will last,also purchased the curtains for privacy,really really pleased,love the guttering which sends the water down to each corner,it is like a conservatory!! Takes 2 people to erect,we used socket spanners to tighten the frame bolts as this is much quicker,be careful not to overtighten if using this method,overall fab quality,great step by step instructions book to erect,great price and value for money,will not blow away or buckle in light winds like our old aldi gazebo,you get what you pay for,and I highly recommend this gazebo if you like us enjoy sitting outside,it adds another room to the house!!,FAB

After much deliberations I chose for Palram because of the size and the price. Most reviews have been positive and I am still pleasantly surprised by the quality.
The commercial photos don't show the true size and detail.
It took a friend and I two days to set it up, one day dedicated to the construction of a base for the legs. Our space is extremely tight yet we managed to get the roof on without many problems. It's HUGE! Many reviews mention an arduous task of having to peel plastic off the panels but that must have changed - we didn't have any. There were plenty of spare nuts and bolts and all parts were present.
On cue it started raining as soon as the roof was finished. It all stayed dry. The only little moan is that there is no centre hook to hang a lamp from.
My daughter will be celebrating her birthday under our gazebo!

I’m very happy with my new Palram Palermo 3x3m gazebo.
All arrived perfectly packaged and instructions were easy to follow and quick to put up. It’s very sturdy and great quality, compared to so many others on the market, and keeps the furniture completely dry underneath.
It’s great value to money and is just what I was looking for for my garden.
Very pleased!

My wife and I put the gazebo up over the weekend. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All parts were there and nothing was damaged. It went together like a dream. It looks amazing and has transformed our garden and given us a wonderful outdoor room. I would definitely recommend this product. Great value for money too.

I bought the 4x4metre Palermo in May 2018. Overall, very pleased with the engineering, although 1 fairly major fault.... The long edge roof pieces come in two sections, probably because they would be cumbersome for delivery. However, they leak from the join, as it sags at this point not just when it rains, but also when there is any kind of moisture e.g condensation running from the roof. This means that my deck is pretty constantly wet in 4 places and this will impact on the life of the deck. We have propped the middle on the house side with wood and a car Jack... not a good look, but it works!
The assembly instruction book is excellent.

It's sturdy and well built, looks fab on our decking and well worth the money. My only criticism is that the covers to go over all the nuts are quite hard to put on, but other than that it was easy to put up although it did take us about 5 hours (neither of us had put something like this before and I'm not hands on at all!). I would recommend at least 2 people to put it up and make sure you have ladders handy for the roof! Customer service and delivery were exceptional, no problems and updates throughout the day of when the delivery was due. We chose Gardenstreet as they were the cheapest on the intranet and would definitely recommend to others.

My engineer husband is very impressed with the quality of this AND the instructions. However the tape supplied to be used to seal the cut edges of the roof sheets is useless. The glue on the tape stuck to the polycarbonate BUT the tape came off. Luckily we were doing it in slow stages so this was noticed. We have bought some 20mm gorilla tape instead.

Having purchased this item some time a go I have just erected it it is brilliant, very well made & once it is fixed to my decking I am sure it will not go any where .
It is of excellent quality,I would recommend this to any one. It does take two people to erect it & can be done in half a day.

Ordered the gazebo on line due to competitive price with Gardenstreet. Delivered to me on time direct from Palram. Initially checked the pack and all components appeared to be there. Started to erect the gazebo over the weekend. Unfortunately, note that half of the roof rafters were missing which meant that whilst i have the gazebo erected, half of the roof cannot be completed.
Contacted Palram on the Tuesday. They said would send the missing parts.
Phoned Wednesday to check if the parts had been despatched only to be told that the despatch department was closed until Thursday due to the bank holiday.
Phoned Monday to check the situation only to be told that the missing parts were out of stock and would not arrive at their warehouse until the following Monday as they were in transit by container from Israel.
This means that after 11 days I have a conservatory awaiting half a roof with at least another week to go, which will mean at best a delay of a least 3 weeks. Not good enough.
The gazebo appears to be good quality but would suggest that you do not arrange for a builder to do the job until after you have checked that all parts are there since Palram obviously do not keep sufficent parts in stock.

What a fantastic gazebo we are really happy with it - excellent quality took my builder one day, but he did it on his own - now that it's finished with my new garden furniture it looks amaxing- I would definitely recommend it and also garden street for their excellent customer service - quick delivery.
