Purchased to replace a smaller mini greenhouse that was a frankly a bit rubbish. This is much better - solid construction, and I found it simple enough to assemble on my own (though I can see why it suggests you might need two people). I added a coat of weatherproofing to the frame before assembly for additional protection, though it didn't look as though it needed it.
Customer service was really good - when I unpacked it, I found the large rear panel frame was broken in a couple of places. But after a quick call to the customer number and sending a photo of the damage, they were very friendly and immediately arranged dispatch of a new rear frame. It arrived within 48 hours, in perfect condition, at no cost to me.
The greenhouse looks good, the shelving seems very stable, and we can fit in much more than before. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The unit is well made and much better than the cheaper items found at my local garden center. Others have commented on the strength of the shelves. I can confirm that this is a problem in that they sag badly and that you will need to build an underframe or other support if you intend to fully load the shelf with plant pots. Also, be aware that the ground surface needs to be exactly flat - even a few millimeters is sufficient to stop the doors closing as the bottom bar under the doors bends. Finally, the doors are a tight fit and slight swelling caused by rain stops them closing smoothly.

Very pleased with the standard of wood and finish of this small greenhouse, almost too nice to put outside!
Went together easily, some holes misaligned as mentioned in previous reviews, but easy enough to rectify. The triangular plates on the base had one hole out on front edge which meant the screw would split a joint so moved the plate to fit front edge screw hole and fixed side holes in new positions. As Arthur stated on a previous review I ran a bead of clear silicon around the window edges to stop water ingress and gave it a quick coat of wood preserver so it should survive the weather. Positioned it on patio slabs and filled it up with trays of seedlings ready to grow in their new home. Great little greenhouse for a reasonable price!

It is great and has been much admired. It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and is sturdy and attractive. Couple of small things: the shelves need a central support if you want to put a lot on them - which there is ample space for - and I had to plane a very small amount off one side of the outer frame where it holds the top openers in order that it fit squarely. Wanted to give it 4.5 as these are minor issues and it compares favourably with similar items for both quality and price.

Most important to prepare a level, flat base. I used two 24” paving slabs.
Best erected against a wall or fence, so that it can be screwed back securely to prevent wind damage.
I also coated all the woodwork with wood preserver before assembly.
The unit it fairly strong and is easy to put together - take your time and don’t rush.
The slatted shelving will need a vertical, central support at the front, otherwise it will start to sag in use.
As a last precaution, I also ran a bead of clear silicon around every edge of the polycarbonate, on the outside. This will help to protect the wood from water, especially on the top lids.
Very pleased with the unit and having done all of the above I hope it will have a long life.
Would recommend this ‘semi’ hardwood mini-greenhouse. Much better than a softwood one.

Although I thought this seemed a bit pricey when I ordered it, I am pleased to say the quality matches and justifies the price. It is made from a good quality 'hard' wood and is well engineered, so it's easy to construct. Instructions are easy to follow and the pre-drilled holes are all accurate (although the base corner plates are a bit tricky).
I put this together by myself in about an hour; it would be easier with two, especially if you're not a great DIYer, but it certainly isn't necessary. A power screwdriver with Allen key head made life much easier.
I'm looking forward to plenty of healthy veg.

Arrived when expected. Package is quite large and heavy, partly because the contents are well protected by sheets of hardboard. Once unpacked, it is easily assembled. I took the doors off to make it lighter to handle while building it up. The over-all quality is impressive.

Garden Street supplied the greenhouse quickly. The price was lower than at other retailers. The greenhouse itself is good. Seems to be of decent wood & the polycarbonate windows are suitable for the job. I did have an issue with the incorrect fixings being supplied & some damage to one of the panels. This was dealt with quickly by Rowlinson. As with all product like this, it is light for its size, so it will need to be secured. Time will tell if it survives the winter rain & wind.

Easy to build - did it on my own in a couple of hours. Nice quality wood, went together well. Strong and solid. Only concern is if the shelf supports will prove robust enough for laden shelves - if not it will be easy to replace the small metal pegs supplied with a wood bar or similar. They are small metal pegs- like most kitchen cupboards, but I assume they have been product tested for this use! Was delivered quickly and driver helped me carry it to back garden as too heavy for me to move alone.

First arrived broken. 2nd arrived and all the screw holes in the body of the green house had to be re drilled as they were either not in alignment, or if they were, they were not deep enough. There was one screw missing and as there were no "spares" I will have to try to find a replacement.
The door handles are of very flimsy quality.
The base plates needed 3 holes and only two were drilled and they were not in alignment.
There was a split in the back left hand support which I needed to glue.

Easy to erect & use. One minor problem-the kit came with 10 shelf brackets but there were only pre-drilled holes for 8 brackets.The missing holes were in the rear centre vertical strut. Otherwise an excellent product.

The assembly pack was delivered in good condition. The instructions were in the box with the tools, screws and nuts, all in their little plastic bag. There was nothing damaged and the the hardwood was good all round. I followed the advise in the instructions and painted it with a good quality stain for longer life.
I particularly liked the way the two front doors were pre-assembled and hang on their frame correctly making life easy as well as the way the doors latched on their magnetic stops. It was easy to assemble compared to our previous soft wooden one.
I would recommended this product for its quality to anybody who is looking for a small greenhouse.
