Delivery was quicker than expected. Very pleased. Shed arrived a couple of days before the floor but per instructions shed should be constructed first so we went ahead , built it and placed it in the desired position. When the floor did arrive one of the supports was missing but as we had a suitable piece of timber we decided carry out a repair rather than wait for a replacement. No sizes were given for the floor but as the order was "shed with floor" we didn't think this would be a problem. However the floor was the same dimensions as the shed so wouldn't fit inside. We ended up moving the built shed so we could lay the floor as a base and then we had to lift the whole construction to sit on top of the floor. Now it is all in place it looks good and is perfect for the purpose for which it was purchased.

This shed is really attractive as sheds go and looks good in the garden. Bought for my elderly mum so she no longer has to paint her old wooden shed each year.
My husband put it together by himself with just my mum holding the odd piece for him.
We purchased with the floor and the only thing i wish we had differently would to have packed the space underneath between the flooring and the concrete base as the floor feels a slight bit spongy.
Overall very happy with the product and speedy service provided.

Was surprised at the size of the box that arrived and the amount of pieces that were contained within. Took the majority of the day to erect. Looks good and became more sturdy as more support was added.

Absolutely brilliant!
When buying this I read all the other reviews and thought it was going to take me and another about 7 hrs to put together. I'm not a trades person but have a DIY knowledge. I put this together pretty much by myself with a little help for half hour with the roof. It's so easy to put together of you go step by step on the instructions. It took me about 5hrs on my own. It looks great and is a perfect size with 2 bikes, a gas barbecue, gas can, deck chairs and a rotary line in it. And that's not even full! I have placed it on my concrete patio with was perfect for it everything fitted fine with it being flat. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You will also be surprised when it is delivered as the box isn't as big as you think it would be, but trust me, it's all in there! I had a moment when I thought I may have missed a box as all the sheets are flat at the bottom. Take care when putting the side pane sheets in as they are very sharp!

Rowlinson Woodvale Metal Apex Shed 6X5 Floor Option: No Floor
Happy with the shed, not as difficult to erect as some other reviews would have you believe, I managed to build it by myself within around 7 hours. Lots of small screws and bolts to deal with. Some of the panels needed to be slightly bullied in to place so be careful as the edges can be quite sharp. You will need to use silicon sealant to make the shed watertight against heavy rain. I chose the floorless option as I was able to floor it myself for less money than stated on the site.
Overall it is a very nice looking shed that will hopefully not need much maintenance as time goes on, probably easier to build with two people.

She'd looks stylish and fits in well. The only downside was it took an experienced tradesman 7 hours to put up and not the 2 hours it said. A big difference in time and costs.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
