Fantastic telephone service, friendly and super helpful; easy web purchase. I can't fault the service I received.I needed a delivery within 48 hours, so rang to see if it was possible, they contacted the suppliers to see what could be done and rang me back straight away. They were able to deliver and I received the product less than 2 days after paying for it.The item was packaged well and delivery was great.I purchased a chimenea as a present for a friend and although I had only seen it on the website I felt the description was accurate and I loved it, as did my friend.I just wanted to say a massive thank you for being able to accommodate a lastminute.com person such as myself :)Many Many Thanks!
